For those few still living in La La Land, I believe its time for you to wake up and smell the horse manure!
I strongly suggest some you dreamers take a long hard look at the share price and tell me if fellow shareholders shouldn't be deeply concerned! How many times do you have to get kicked and stomped on before you take notice. We have a serious problem here! I personally don't understand why certain shareholders have such a zombie like loyalty to Heartless Hart. I hope it doesn't take rocket science here to figure out what's been fuelling the disdain towards Sungold!
Don't you all remember when Sungold initially started trading on the Pink Sheets? I remember at that time the share price was trading in the $3.00 range and we all held on to the belief that K.H. could enhance the share price. You know, just like he promised! And when the share price started to slide, K.H. was quick to reassure shareholders that this was only a temporary situation and that once we started trading on the OTC-BB we would see the share price in double digits! I still can't believe he had the balls to make that absurd statement. But he did! And that was just another unattainable empty promise. K.H. then proceeded to tell shareholders that once we had a few more MM's on board and also with the short sellers covering their short positions, this would drive the share price into double digits. Of course that never happen! Why would it? So what came next? Well K.H. started his marketing campaign. According to K.H., with the marketing of Sungold and with future news releases the share price would be pushed into double digits! You know, just like he promised!
Well Mr. Hart, you finally delivered on your promises.............we are now solidly in double digits!!!
Now please don't get me wrong. I don't mean to be overly critical BUT even a cursory look at Sungold's past performances, including all that bullshit hype from K.H., would certainly make any sane person question Sungold's ability to finalize any of their deals! Its been years and Sungold has yet to even consummate a single deal! Whose to blame? I can only characterize K.H.'s recent performance as distressing with embarrassing tactics to pump up the share price. Its not working! Why? Because all his bullshit hype has become so tiresome that there's no one left to listen to him! This stock will only move on results!!! All the "Marketing Campaigns", "Letter of Intents", "Land Options", "Feasibility Studys", "Horsepower Rights", etc., don't mean shit unless they can actually finalize a deal! This stock will only move if we hear that "Richmond council gives their approval on the racetrack", or "the day they start construction on the Theme Park", or "the website for the Horsepower game is up and running", or "Sungold is granted a favorable court decision". Only results will move this stock!!! Bullshit hype wouldn't move this stock...................not any more!
I sincerely hope that some day in the near future, Sungold will make a major announcement that will make shareholders leap with joy! If and when that happens I'll be the first to stand up and applaud the efforts of Sungold and I'll personally congratulate Kim Hart myself! But until that happens, this wait-and-see approach is not working! So far its just been a lot of waiting and not much to see!
Unfortunately, as was recently posted on this thread, several long time shareholders have sold their Sungold shares. Everyone has their own comfort level and when the "K.H. Factor" exceeds your tolerance level or comfort level then the inevitable happens. The onus is on K.H. to be accountable for Sungold's woeful share price and our current predicament we find ourselves in. Sometimes I wonder where we'd be with the GLB if someone else other than K.H. was leading the negotiations. In my opinion, if there is no major announcement by the next AGM, and I'm assuming the AGM will be held in Feb/2000, then I believe I would not be out of line by suggesting that we need to see a reorganization of Sungold at the top level! We need someone who has the business acumen and the leadership and clear vision to lead Sungold back to respectability!!! |
