Paul, another good article about benchmarking Win2000, on a quad 500 MHz Xeon server, even has four Intel 100-Mbit NIC cards installed. This test talks about the operating system throttling back CPU and memory to prevent crashing when loads get too hot. Sounds like driving a Ferrari. techweb.com Tony
