Look at this From the Desk of thing that John Schmitz has penned. Rather extraordinary in what it doesn't say as well as what it does. Happy Holidays PanAmerican is excited about the prospects for the coming year. So far so good. He managed to make it from the first sentence of the letter without really saying anything. We have spent considerable time and money in positioning ourselves to take advantage of the opportunities in front of us. Oooops. He let it slip out a bit much there. They have been spending considerable money. Just where has this considerable money been coming from? Just where has it been going? Look at the line up of opportunities listed elsewhere by Ray Gamble. Whither Belize? Wither RMC? Whither NHLT? Whither NRPI? Whither 84 Lumber? Whither PCRoomLink? Whither Videophones? Wither Gold Country? Whither Teachdaq? Look for new arrangements, new personnel, new business and new excitement as we unfold what I hope to be our breakout year. Hooboy. Now we've got it going. Already foundering in the business opportunities they set for themselves last year, now they are setting up a whole new bunch of opportunities. Breakout Year? Is he worried about jail time and already planning an escape? We have new business opportunities for entrepreneurs throughout the country. Is this to be the first hint at announcing an e-commerce initiative? After the Christmas selling season? Hahahahaha. Or perhaps is this where the CheapSuits.com comes into play? We have new trading offices slated to open. We have expanded financial services on the horizon. New trading offices to open? The ones they have can't keep their doors open. What kind of support is that for their alleged franchising initiative? Hooboy. We have expanded financial services on the horizon. Now just what could this mean? Are they getting a savings account to go along with their corporate checking account? We have registrations under regulation SB in the works. Here's where the alarms go off. SB registrations in the works? My that's what I call real detail. Are we getting another private placement? Or will it be a floorless convertible? The possibilities are extensive here, besides the actual one that they could file a Form 10. At this point that possibility seems remote as there is likely too much I think they would have to reveal. We at PanAmerican wish you all the best for the holidays and a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year. So really, over all, it was about as informative as you would expect a HallMark card to be this time of year.
