it looks like Ruters has been selling its TIBX holdings at small increments. would that help to increase the flow?

i would think that it's to TIBX's benefit if Ruters relinquishes its majority owner status of TIBX because that would eventually allow TIBX to sell their softwares and services to Ruters' competitors.
