Almost a healthy week-- companies with good news went up, and companies with bad news went down. Wow! rationality in a crazy market as AMEX Biotech Index hits a new high! Nevertheless, there is a little bit of "excrement floats" going on (say IPIC, for example), which is a little hard to time time for rational investors. (As if there were any left....) Buy everything biotech! Buy it now! Market orders only!
