Not strictly a reply, but in the same vein.

I just recently came out of the "jungle" of Sumatra and bought the manual at my favorite bookstore in Singapore. For days I've been reading the book and endless back posts on this thread.

Can't tell you how much I appreciate the quality of posts here. I've been surfing for months looking for a "home" that makes sense.

I'll try not to clutter up the thread, so I want to get to the point. I've picked up lots of info in your discussions, and have been trying to settle on the anointed "Gorillas". Thus far I have seen recent references describing MSFT, CSCO, JDSU, INTC, LU, and QCOM as being the real thing. Somehow in my previous meanderings, I managed to find the last four on my own (remember the adage about the blind hog finding an occasional acorn?).

Would someone please be so kind as to summarize what the consensus list of Gorillas is, if that is possible? I have visited the G&K Index, and the Watch & Wait list, but don't have the resources to put them all in my "basket". I'd just like to catch up on the Gorillas vs the Chimps, Kings, Princes, etc.

Thanks in advance for your time.

Regards,
Tom
