John 12:32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.
Do you have any idea what "draw" means in that verse?
The tense is future. The voice is Active not passive and the mood is indicative which means it will most certainly be done.
In other words Draw - regardless of meaning for the moment - was spoken by Jesus as something that HE actively would do for certain in the future... the future is qualified by "if I be lifted up" so it would happen after that or because of that.
Have you ever heard the term " to draw a pail of water from a well"
Here is strong's definition of the word " DRAW "

2) metaph., to draw by inward power, lead, impel
When I got saved by Jesus... He in His power DRAGGED me off and with an INWARD POWER the Holy Spirit IMPELLED and compelled me to acknowledge my sin and His deity and Lordship over my life and soul.
Now do you honestly want me to believe that that is happening to ALL MEN ????
I know an awful lot of men who are not even 'drawn' with any kind of attraction ( as in magnetic attraction or affection or otherwise)
There are also those who never even hear the Gospel who are not "drawn" even if you try to change the meaning of the Greek.
Dan.. in order for you to keep your false image of God you half to do 1 of three things.
1. Lie to yourself and say ALL men are drawn.
2. Change the word to mean attracted and then explain how some men are MORE attracted than others or something????
3. Admit that Jesus must have lied or been mistaken.

Look at the other places that word occurs before you try to force your meaning on it!

When the word is used concerning a group of people as in every one in the world it means Some of All Types
The Jews thought they were the only Nation from whom men would be saved.... That was TRUE !
Jesus was announcing that the Gospel would be extended to ALL KINDS OF MEN but not ALL MEN as in absolutely everybody.
Look at these other verses using the same word when it is speaking of a "collective group" rather than specific individuals:
Matthew 5:11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
The translators added the word "manner" because ALL could not mean Absolutely All Evil to everyone of them or us. We all suffer different evils from the wicked and certainly not EVERY or ALL POSSIBLE EVIL.
Here Jesus is talking about the whole world collectively and says this..
Matthew 7:26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
The translators use two words for Pas = Every one
Because it does not mean everyone in the whole world but rather anyone in the whole world Jew or Gentile who "hears" ( carnal hearing )and does NOT DO what Jesus said is a fool.
Are they part of the Drawn?
Matthew 8:34 And, behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus: and when they saw him, they besought him that he would depart out of their coasts
Pas = the whole Did the Whole city come out? Was there not one Roman Guard left who would lose his life if he abandoned his post. What about the drunk who was passed out or those who cared less about religion or the loss of some pigs? It means a very substantial group but not Absolutely ALL without exception
Matthew 13:46 Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.
Was this man naked? Surely if he sold Absolutely ALL without exception then he also sold the clothes he was wearing and should have been arrested.

You can see the varied ways the word ALL was translated by men who studied language far more than you or I.
If Pas has to mean Absolutely Everyone or Thing then they had no business using the
Three words = all manner of in Eleven different places.
This verse you quoted Dan can be translated:
And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all manner of men unto me.
I would not dare to change God's Word to suit "my" system.
It is written:
Revelation 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
Do you think that any man would self consciously dare to change God's Word knowing the terrible fate of those who do so knowingly?
If that verses means as you seem to rejoice in believing:
And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw absolutely every man who lives or ever will live unto me.
Then I challenge you to prove it is true .... I have known a lot of men who detest even hearing about Jesus with a Passion. Family members who passively listen but don't care. Men who swear they are drawn to Alla. If that is being drawn to Jesus then I need a new dictionary.

Sheep not the World as men teach.
Matthew 25:32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
