Haim, Give us a break!

I've been waiting for the race card to be played in Mr. Bond's case, but from you? This said, a decision on the merits will be made by a group of his peers. However, a group of his peers decided that there was sufficient amount of evidence to suggest that another group should decide the issue, and, until then, he should be given the presumption of innocence,

But, Mr. Milken being guilty only because he might be a Jew? Come on guy, he pleaded guilty! I admit he created an entire fixed income industry, and, since his guilty admission, has done an incredible number of good deeds.

However, we know that this system is ripe with fraud. To allow these folks to get off based upon a belief that they are of a particular color or religion is just not reasonable.

Having taken some of the NASD exams, it is clear that the "know your customer" rule is a joke when the SEC allows the cold calls. To allow companies to meet with analysts, confirm the future, allow the analysts to take their positions, and then announce the "new" position to the Market, is an absolute Joke. But, I would say to you that it is capitalism at its worse, without regard to race, color, creed, or national origin!

My favorite example of this is "G" in December. They had a meeting with the anal-ysts and noted the continuing demise of their business. The next day all the anal-ysts reduced their earnings estimates. When contacted by CNBC, they responded by stating that we don't comment on analyst estimates. I didn't then and, doubt I ever will, have a position in this POS.

However, let's move to remove the fraud from the system without regard to race, color, creed etc.
