PABN is focusing on Insider Trading, Healthcare(CodeCare), Internet and Interactive Technologies(ie. DEAO) as well as Financial Services such as PanAm Baires (Buenas Aires), FirstStates, etc.

2. When is digibill being released, the official date, estimated?
Digibill is slated to have Version 1 released during the second quarter, 2000. As you know, new technologies need to undergo alpha and beta testing before being released which can influence the actual release date.

3. Will this company being compliant with the NASD listing requirements by March?
We have every intention to comply with NASD reequirements by March.

4. When are the financials being released?
When the CPA firm finalizes the audits of all 5 companies under the PABN umbrella that needed to be audited. Please keep in mind the audited one company and be a daunting and time-consuming task. Our CPA firm had to audit 5 independent companies.

5. Is Insider Trading still a profitable business unit and why is there silence concerning these profit centers?
Insider Trading is being completely reengineered so that it can be a successful franchise format including its management structure. Insider Trading will emerge from this transition as a far more profitable entity.

6. Why has there been a lack of news?
The low profile we have kept is to ensure that the changes we are making can be presented in its entirety rather that piecemeal which will provide a cohesive presentation of the improvements and exciting changes that will benefit our shareholders.

7. When is the website going to be complete?
The completion of the website will coincide with the completion of the strategic reengineering.

8. How is the banking thrift coming along? When will PABN have that completed?
The thrift process is a daunting task as is almost anything when dealing with a federal regulatory agency. The thrift process requires a significant number of preliminary steps that include submitting all banking practice guidelines such as loan underwriting checking and checking guidelines. We have completed most of these. We are in the final preperations of making the formal application. Then it is up to the timeline of the federal regulators.
