I have seen recent references describing MSFT, CSCO, JDSU, INTC, LU, and QCOM as being the real thing.

Tom, to my best recollection, we have not agreed that LU is a Gorilla. I believe we decided that LU, NT, and CSCO are in a battle for leadership (KING, GORILLA, PRINCE??) in the voice over IP space. CSCO is the Gorilla, of course, in the data infrastructure space.

We have also annointed GMST as the Gorilla of EPG/IPG. (There may be some debate about this, but our portfolios tell the tale.)

JDSU is not a Gorilla. It is the King of an explosive tornado, optical components.

Don't forget NTAP and EMC, who are Kings of NAS and SAN, respectively.

Welcome to the thread.
