ACNTF, ACNUF), announced today that its Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 10:00
A.M., May 28, 1997, at the Laromme Hotel, Jerusalem, Israel. The Company has set the close of
business, April 17, 1997, as the record date for determining those holders of Accent common shares
and units entitled to vote at the meeting.
