Hi, Steve,

If you're hunting for an apartment I know exactly what it's like.
I'll be checking out the cottage next weekend.. if the weather holds.
S&Ps are at 77000 - dollar's down 33, yen is up more than that,
and in Tokyo the bond is currently -3, while the premium is 366
Everything's been in a narrow range tonight, but the banks in Tokyo are rising on strength of lower rates there, which it is believed will help allay the cost of bankruptcies, loans, etc.
and gold's only down .60cents

Talk to you later - and I should be ordering that Almanac today
K.
