Lee: At best, I believe the 17 year bull market is in its final months. We should have some sort of near-term decline in the INDU because the weakness in advancing NYSE volume is now approaching the weakness in advancing issues. That decline would put us in an oversold position. I am expecting an improvement in the advancing issues on the NYSE within the next two weeks. The volume should improve with the issues. If that occurs, I plan to make some money from the current bullish fanaticism. Several things must fall into place. If they do, I will follow the money as always and never try to lead it.
