I don't think it is dead,, since they have Motorola as partner and Meryl Lynch as customer. But how exactly the merger might positively affect the common stock ? The reason I ask is I have a stock called ADVC who is in the process of merging with another company too. Will RMAG stay listed in Nasdaq ? -eH
