Chief I will be on the phone first thing on Monday to clear this up. So far I can't find the record of the VGIN shares, only the indirect interest. On July 9, 1999 they said they had indirect 3% equity interest in VGIN which is around 280,000 shares. If they have 1 million they must have bought them since then and not put out any announcements, or at least not one that I have found. They also would have paid a minimum of $12U.S for them since this is about a low as VGIN has gone since this time. As soon as I find out I will post since I also have a stake in this company and was under the impression they held 1 mill VGIN. Best Regards KEITH
