another concern i have as an investor is certicom's relationship with motorola. although this may prove an excellent source of recurring revenues through royalites, how will this affect certicom's ability to contract with other phone manufacturers such as Nokia?
I feel it is crucial for Certicom to obtain licensing agreements with the major OEMs in the wireless arena - if they want to have a prominent place in the global encryption market. The future is wireless, and Motorola and Qualcomm are nice, but Qualcomm is selling off its handset unit. So that only leaves Motorola. What about the rest of the US market?
