Maurice, *Everyone else will need to upgrade.** My second question is if everyone has to upgrade will the Q also have to upgrade with IDC ? I'm not asking this to be a smart ass I'm just wondering what others opinion might be on this. The SEC filings between IDC and the Q mention the licensing is for IS-95 systems. I know someone on your thread or you probably can afford a factual opinion on this question.
