re:"Why is there still no more than ONE Tier one Cumine PC on store shelves 50+ days since Cumine's release"

The reality is that retail has a hard time with the higher price SKUs for a couple of reasons...
-Higher price and performance equals lower volume by.
-Experienced buyers have other options - Dell, Gateway, micron, etc and they can get it configured that way they want.
-Takes as much space in the store as the lower prices system and the margin $'s are not much more for the retailer.
-By nature retailers are chicken... and price drops at the high end scare them.

So at most they would put one or two of the highest speed SKUs in the store.

With regard to high speed parts availability and Intel's announcement of even faster parts:

-You can get all the 700's and 733's you want with what could be call reasonable lead time at most... I assume if Intel does actually announce the 750 and 800 you will see immediate availability, and Dell, Gateway, and Micron will be the biggest sellers, most retailers will be caught flat footed as usual, but not because they weren't offered systems, rather they still move way too slow.

-The "why now" for the faster parts probably come down to pressure from Intel customers along with more parts yielding to the faster speeds then was originally committed by manufacturing. "If you got it sell it" from Intel sound better then the "if you can announce it announce it" cry from AMD.
