I used AT&T, too. If you do not know about their online billing program, drop me a PM and I'll dig up the URL for you to get information. I pay a flat .10 per minute in the US and only pay $1.00 for an international plan that has unbeatable rates.

As a shareholder of T, I'm glad to hear your bill is up there, too!
