PW,Toni,CT,others: It will be interesting, in the short
term the momentum has to fight following factors, don't
know if the factors will be +ve or -ve.

(a) Tuesdays Fed decision, bias
(b) Y2K transition on 12/31/99
(c) Tax selling, week of 12/27
(d) First week's net tax scare [I don't know if you guys
remember the Perkins brother article on markets in Jan]

Also, now that MSFT has shot up sharply, where are
(a) David Readerman, who said MSFT is worth only $65 (in a
Barron's artcile in late November.
(b) Bill Parish: Who said MSFT is actually reporting loss
and should be worth a lot less
(c) Someone else otherday who wrote a book on how MSFT's
PE will decline to 30ish as growth will slow.
(d) Several "pundiths" who said 60 PE on the stock was
exhorbitant etc...

Where are they?
