Hi Sandintoes, I would never ask any of the ladies to leave the kitchen. But then, I would never ask them to stay in there either. The women I know would not put up with that, and my brothers and buddies get in enough trouble on their own. Even over what we think are innocent, basic questions, like; "yuk, who made this...?", or "Hey honey, can you get me a beer...?", or "Honey, how do you like your meat....?" You know, totally innocent. And we never wash the paperplates. One last thought about the BBQ, we had a Chief Steward onboard our ship that absolutely refused to BBQ onboard, because we do not allow alcohol onboard, and he had to BBQ with a beer or other beverage in his left hand.
