Thanks for the response. I have been catching up on a lot of posts. I have an email into Etrade about the gtc order thing. If they say that does not work then I will probably call for my certs. It just brings back memories of short squeezes gone bad. Also another point is that our brokerages should be better at handling any proxies that come about. If not I am going to change brokers. Like I said earlier I have traded this stock but I still own a lot of it. I am very thankfull for Keith and what he has done. He brought a company out of the ashes and allowed me to make some money. I will support him. Phil
