To fellow Nuoa Shareholders I have had many emails from fellow shareholders and not one person has been given allocation of spin off shares as I have. The new companies are as follows. 1. ACI 2. CASINO MANAGEMENT OF AMERICA 3. NUOASIS LASVEGAS 4. NUOASIS LAUGHLIN 5. NUOASIS PROP Jeff have you or any other shareholders from Nuoa verified the above company names with Johnathon. He won't return my calls or faxes. I have spoken to my broker again and the above companies are now part of my portfolio with holdings in them by myself. Something very strange is happening. Jeff or anyone else please get back to me with any verification from Johnathon. Thanks Bill
