best case: Monday worst case: April I have heard everything from it is due out yesterday to they haven't applied and it takes 6-8 weeks. My personal opinion? They applied end of October/beginning of November at about the same time that Hughes teaming and XM selection negotiations started. TSE found the missing form 4B issues and the VSE cease trade orders ensued. 6-8 weeks are pretty much over and we hear between NOW and mid January. I am leaning to between NOW and Christmas with contracts announced in January. But, hey, I am no insider.
