Any broker who sent this piece of garbage to a client without enclosing opinion of SNRS should be dumped..PRONTO !!! A friend of mine got this sick joke with broker's notice of 39.00 per hundrend commission...like paying someone to mug you !! Greed has no bounds !!!...at least they should enclose Gangster Tie with this offer...Al Capone comes to mind.......nysebob
