mdii has grown rev during the period 1996 to 1999
from 25,383k 30,191k 36,575k to estimated ~40M
(fy ends dec). The problem is poor earning. this year
mdii will earn ~12c and ~34c year after.today its
stock is at $4 27/32 with a small volume 19.6k shares.
