In some ways you have to admire the REFR con artists. They have managed to yank a fortune from hapless investors for OVER 35 YEARS without delivering anything except press releases and never running afoul of the law because of the little "forward looking statements" clause in their hype PR. This stock is a classic example of why it is sometimes so difficult to short scientific frauds. There literally is no end to the supply of fresh believers as long as the story is compelling...keeping these sorts of stocks air-balls for unbelievable lengths of time.
