We will be deploying Blackberry's department wide. I currently have a pagenet wireless, packaged in a RIMM device. Forward all emails from my manager to the wireless, and for me this has certainly been a great tool. When I am away from my desk or outside the office, the ability to put out fires before they start to spread, this has been terrific!! I've even gotten adept at typing away with my thumbs on the munchkin keyboard. It is somewhat bulky, however, and the Palm Pilots have a much cleaner profile. I heard, though, that the VII's per character charge is prohibitive.
