I havent seen any programs announced to go back to VI as of this writing, as far as DeBeers drilling, they have a cluster of Diamondiferous pipes on their own property. Obviously based on the stock price, the market isnt putting a value on VI, but 2000 is another year, and their claim blocks are large & the work programs are still in their infancy. The cash infusion should Abiting progress the Hammerdown should prevent a share rollback and give them more operating leeway.
