BIgBull,

The NAO reading this week has been hanging in on the zero line +/- a few tenths. This is a big improvement over the previous few weeks of positive readings and maintains hopes for normal winter temps over the next week or so.
If we oscillate negative over the next week or two we might do better than that, as it would indicate a change towards Mr Freeze.
