Regarding WBuffett and REITS:

If anyone is considering buying REITs on Buffett's action, PLEASE be very very careful. It took me seven months, countless phone calls, and very high surrender costs to sell my REITs this year. A nightmare. Please PM me with any questions and I'll share details.
