Mr. Bilow,

Re: "Now he's just a pointless potty mouth on the internet, sort of the intellectual equivalent of a bag lady."

Paul can certainly speak for himself, but since you obviously haven't, don't, and won't listen to much of what he says, maybe you'll take note of a comment from a third party.

I am not related to Paul, don't know him, never met him. I have just been reading his posts for the last three years or so. In that time there have been a lot of them, so I don't expect you'd want to read them all. But take a good-sized sample and try to read them with an open mind and here's what I think you'll find.

1. Paul is unfailingly civil to those who are civil to him.

2. Paul quickly and directly admits his mistakes if his information or his predictions are wrong.

3. However, Paul's information and predictions have, I believe, as good a track record as any poster on SI's Intel and AMD threads.

4. While clearly pro-Intel, Paul openly and emphatically criticizes Intel when he feels Intel does not perform up to its usual standard.

5. He does not suffer fools gladly and he returns insults with relish.

Now does this make him "the intellectual equivalent of a bag lady"?

If so, may I suggest you work harder on "becoming a nicer person as [you] grow older".

Craig
