I think the traders bring more volatility to a stock, and also provide some further liquidity, but they don't do much for sustaining the price. As we approach that $2.00 level (and beyond), what will ultimately sustain and drive the price further will be the new (and larger) longer term investors who will now start to take their positions on good volume and, being investors, will hang on to their shares. This will further tighten the float, and thus cause the price to rise. Volume is also maintained given that these investors are taking down bigger positions and I think there are more of them. (Yes, there are lots of people at lower $$ levels too, but this is often very "retailish".)

Keith has done a great job accounting for a lot of the shares and shown the float to be pretty tight already. As these new investors come to JDX it will be interesting to watch how the share price responds. Throw in a fund or two that takes an interest, and it will get very interesting.

Regards,

Kevin
