Good Morning SCOC Longs;

Guess what? SCOC will be the first stock to Melt UP in the pre millenium trade. You can attribute this to Steve Harmons endorsement, or if you've been in this stock for any time at all, You know that it's probably one of the most undervalued gems in a market that has been disrespected for a long time.

Capital rotation occured three times in 99 to small caps, there are smart monies prepositioned here. Monies that left the bubble stocks and arrived early.

The Float is a miniscule 18 odd million shares, the good news is that it has turned over twice since September 99.

All Stocks ownership is divided into four main groups, these groups make up what I call the Free Float.

The Free Float in SCOC is currently under 4 million shares. No smart investor will relinquish shares of this company post Split. This is a liquidity play with Extremely Positive fundamentals trading well below it's future Business value.

It is probably one of the two best investments for Y2K.I made a point to come here on Nov 10th the day I joined SI to leave a message, go check it out!

My work with OBV foretold this scenario and we have been buying since September, Our target is Post Split +100.

Make No Mistake, SCOC is a Winner.

The Nasdaq 100 is being sustained by the ignorance of momentum investors and fund managers whose bandwidth is limited. Smart managers are pulling out every week handing off shares to the General Investing public, quietly rotating to the Value Plays SCOC and MRVC are two of the best examples of this.
Be long and strong SCOC /MRVC before the new year.
