I am not a programmer so my question and pardon the simplicity of this remark, but why can't we keep the classic SI and integrate the features that users like from the new SI to the classic site and then just get rid of the new SI.. Is there some sort of proprietary reason since GNET took over that compels SI to change the functionality,font size,simplicity,color scheme etc? The login is more cumbersome and the new SI is much more cluttered as well. It seems the consensus is to stay with the old SI, and NOT because of resistance to change. And I totally agree, you can't keep operating with two different sites. The speed problem will catch up with you, so why go with a site that seems repugnant to many long term users?
