Numbers are great, but it seems to me that the key to growth from this point on is the quality of management!! Can they hire hot shot TAD executives who will be the rainmakers needed to fuel the company's growth? Who will train them? What about contacts? I would be more comfortable with my investment if I had a handle on the expertise of top management in answering this question. I have no reason to doubt their ability, but ACRT has entered a new and critical phase which will require different skills in expanding the co. to the next corporate level. Anyone agree with me on this?
