Robert, I hope you realize that a broker has a fiduciary duty to present this offer to every client that holds SNRS long, and that many do not offer any advice. I think this is one of those rare instances where all involved, whether long, short, or casual observer, can agree that the tender offer is not in the better interests of those who would qualify. I wonder how many people actually go for this type of deal? I can't imagine that it would be enough to cover their costs, BWDIK? Regards, Barb
