Rande: Global Technology Mutual Funds

The information you are seeking can be easily accessed from the Morningstar website: morningstar.funds.

After reaching their home page from the link above, do the following:

On the top black bar on the page, click "funds".

Then, in left hand column (olive green), look for "Tool Box" and, under this heading, click on "Fund Selector".

Now, look at top of page for selector bar and click on "Basic Screens". When the choice boxes pop up, enter the following:
select fund category: Int'l Stock Funds
Select screening field: total return % Year-to-Date

This will give you a list of the top-performing foreign mutual funds, all of which are up over 100% YTD; there will be approximately three dozen funds listed. By clicking on their ticker symbol at the left hand column, the profile for each mutual fund listed will be shown. It will give the top 5 holdings (and % of portfolio holdings it comprises) and will also show the top 3 sectors the fund invests (on the right side of the page. Invariably, technology will be in the top 3 sectors for all of these funds. However, it will then give the % of total portfolio that technology stocks make up.

Hope this helps.
