Fez: PC World rates DELL's service OUTSTANDING in 2 out of 3 categories. I flipped through the current PC World at Chapters Bookstore yesterday, and read an article on Web-based computer support. It rated DELL as the only manufacturer in the outstanding category for business and consumer computers. Dell was rated very good for laptops. The article talked about the Dr. Jeeves search engine that Dell uses for plain English questions, and said that it works quite well. When corresponding with Dell's service reps. by email the responses are usually rapid and helpful, though it helps if you know enough to accurately describe the problem. In summary DELL is leading the pack in Web-based support. Go Dell! Break $46 and make my week! D.Plen
