Regarding the shareholder meeting on Tuesday... What can we expect from shareholder meetings as a rule? Do we generally get updates on progress etc? I guess this is in no way as comprehensive as a conference call, such as we get around earnings reports, right? Any light on the difference between the two much appreciated. I would love some good news as well, but am not holding my breath. I notice that ETrade likes to blitz with the good news, and things seem to happen all at once, so I am expecting another week like the last, with always potential upswing due to a brightening on the sector, perhaps from NDB etc. I feel January will be a different story. As long as y2k is something that doesn't wipe out the world, perhaps we'll see even bigger volumes than in the past few months, if there really is that much money waiting on the sidelines. Perhaps 2 billion shares on the nasdaq will happen then, and ETrade may eventually form a new high/base in the spring. Here's hoping!
