Diversification

I will confess I am also not a big fan of diversification. I will repeat what I posted some months ago attributed to Warren Buffet:

"When a compelling investment comes along you better not be sitting in a corner reading a book on diversification..."

Each of us has our own risk profile. Each must decide for themselves. My risk profile coming from a poor family, we received care packages from Walton's Mountain, was high because I felt I had absolutely nothing to lose if I received a solid education and "bet the ranch" on one or two speculative growth companies. Thus, my early heavy weightings in Msft and Vod.

I have not looked back since.
