what i'm saying is that i already have the cable...

i'm wondering how i determine if it is IEEE 1284-compliant? the canon site just tells me what i already know... that i need one. i'm trying to figure out if i got one. <g3>

"the MultiPASS C3500 combines a state-of-the-art color printer, plain-paper fax, convenient copier and grayscale scanner all in one compact desktop design"

ccsi.canon.com

(the c2500 is the same thing, a multi-function peripheral, just older than the c3500)

thanks for your help!
