I've had two ten-baggers, Agouron and Titan warrants. Bailed too early from many others, including of course AMGN at 17, pre-split, pre-split, pre-split, and pre-split (may have missed one or two). MLNM, NBIX and GLIA will do it for me relatively soon.
So..... to Jim's list, I'll add GZTC.

BTRN is an easy pick if MEDI is actually exploring low-dose 507 and enjoying what they see. Big ifs. VPHM needs to bring meningitis home to roost, then one can confidently conjecture about them.
