One caution here - you can't just multiply the current price of ABGX by the number of shares CEGE holds and assume that is the value of the ABGX stock held by CEGE. The ABGX shares held by CEGE are restricted, and you need to apply a haircut to their current price to get their "true" value. Watching developments with interest (I currently hold ABGX but not CEGE). Peter
