We are a small diversified holding company, we like our techies and the internet alot, as shown in our holdings of Clickgarden ArchivalCD, IPOSITE.Com (down and being rebuilt) and a new company not yet consumated.
We have some bio med holdings Great Mane Inc.
A two wholly owned subsidiaries, CVI Resources (oil and gold mining... to date.) Corporate Vision Developement (real estate) currently waiting on some acquisitions.
Impressive Products (Internet marketing.)
All these companies are in various stages of going public, except our wholy owned subsidiaries.
As you know holding companies usually have a pretty poor P/E, so that is the reason we went into oil gas and gold with a subsidiary, so that we can book dependable revenues, in between our private companies doing public offerings.
In the past week a group that was at our annual shareholder meeting, determined we are vastly undervalued and may be mounting a hostile take over, this has still not been verified with anything tangible, other than talk and saber rattling coming from that side.
Hope this helps, dont be afraid to ask questions most of our shareholders here are more informed than most. I am the CEO and keep an eye on the boards and try to answer non insider questions.
