Glenn, Wait a minute, your son is 21 and is making $50,000 plus a bonus and this is awful!? And I am thinking the cost of living isn't sky high there. I bet this puts him in the top 3% for his age, easy. I made $8,900 in 1984, after 8 years of college. My act scores were in the top 1%. Perhaps the problem with the nets is that they are causing folks to lose perspective, completely. He is doing tremendously well at the start of his career. It sure sounds as of he lives wisely and works hard he will have everything he could ever want. There will be BILLIONS without this opportunity...those who lost the ovarian lottery, as Buffett says.
