Some investment houses, that make a market in certain stocks, have an obligation to support the price of that stock. That is what I was referring to. These arrangements generally come about through placement of an IPO, a merger, or some other special arrangement between the B/D and the company.

I am suggesting Messagemedia form a special relationship with Goldman Sachs for a number of reasons. Among these are its large research department, large client base, deep pockets, and talented traders.

Also, I am of the opinion that new money coupled with an occasional short squeeze is what's driving the NASDAQ to new highs. Thus, the next time you see Bear Stearns & Warburg Dillon or Stephens pull off a short squeeze on MESG please post this information to the thread.

In the meantime, I will long for a Goldman Sachs solution.
