Talent and motivation are one thing, Glenn. Where one applies it is another. William, Applying talent and motivation is what creates improvement to the world around us. I don't see any of that happening Amazon. I'm willing to bet that you would be just as proud of your son if he were applying his considerable management skills at Amazon or eBay, and was up to his eyeballs in stock options. I disagree here. He would not have the authority make decisions for himself and to innovate. That is true for employees of most large companys.
