Tim....a little institutional (CS) info------->

2 quarters ago inst. holdings were only 31.9% with a with a total of 6.4 million shares bought, and 8.9 million shares sold for a a negative flow.....1 quarter ago holdings increased to 36.7 % with a total of 13.0 million shares held and only 4.7 million shares sold, retention of shares was well over 8 million....NOW this is where it gets good...the latest quarter 46.2% were held by institutions and 26.9 million shares were purchased and 10.5 million shares were sold....and retention increased to over 16 million shares.....

IMO....this is a very good sign....dramatic increase in institutional holding over the last few quarters seems to support the growth and/or the potential *big bang* of a buyout deal.....these guys are playing with serious $$$, and they are not about to place it in a dead deal....IMO
