Just my opinion, but the 'legitimate' reason for a poison pill at this point in their history is a strong belief by board and mgmt that the price is too low. However in a world of rapid consolidation, look at the Internet, it turns off investors because it makes an acquisition more difficult, thus less likely. I do like this CLEC positioning. Probably should have bought at 25 or so for the bounce but holding back for now. buck
